Chef Eric New and owner Michael Frede are the creative force behind Saint Lucille’s Kitchen’s delicious Cajun dishes. With over 50 years of experience in the culinary world between them, they bring a unique perspective to traditional Cajun cuisine, and are always experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
Located right next door to the Crafty Bastard Brewery located on Emory Place, Saint Lucille’s is a collaboration between Last Days of Autumn and Crafty Bastard, making available beer from Crafty Bastard, wine from Stylolite Winery, and a rotating variety of premixed cocktails.
