The Black Dog is an homage to the original bar/nightclub that occupied the space in the 1970s, The Black Poodle.

A new on-site restaurant is currently under construction, but in the meantime, many popular options from Chivo will be available at the Chivo trailer out back. Tacos, salsa, queso, as well as many other fan favorites add a vibrant culinary dimension to the brewery experience. Badass tacos + incredible beer. Win/win!
