Honeybee Coffee & Brewery

Honeybee Coffee began in South Knoxville in 2017 with their West Knox location (home to Honeybee Brewery) opening that same year. Honeybee Coffee owner Norris Hill saw the connectivity & community building powers of coffee and recognized that same energy in craft beer. A serendipitous partnership between Hill and brewer Steve Dedman began in early 2020 and has evolved into house made brews of both the beer & coffee variety being available at almost all of their shop locations.
